Prince Charlie's Cottage is built on the site of the original cottage where:
Prince Charles Edward Stewart ( Bonnie Prince Charlie - The Young Pretender ) is reputed to have stayed on the 20th December 1745 during the Jacobite army's retreat from Derby.

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Gretna Green, beside the Old Kirk, Prince Charlie's Cottage offers quality accommodation at affordable prices all year round.
